5Gallon Cap injection Machine

 Injection Unit
1. Digital temperature control for nozzle.
2. Decompression function to prevent nozzle from drooling.
3. 6-step injection and 5-pressure control.
4. Special screw & barrels are available optionally for different applications.
5. Optional Accumulator adopting for Hi-speed injection and thin wall products shaping.

8. PID temperature control adopting for precision barrel temperature controlling, uniform melting and finally to assure excellent
products quality.
9. Changing on injection pressure & speed as well as stroke of injection & raw material adding are supervised by contact-type
displacement electronic ruler
10. Injection screw driven by hi-torque hydraulic motor for plasticization.

Clamping Unit
1. Hydraulic motor driving for mold thickness adjustment.
